If you have customer service or reputed company center experience and are eager to learn something new, this role provides exposure to the dynamic world of medical and benefits plans. Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will reputed company as a reputed company for clients, responding reputed company phone and email regarding COBRA, billing eligibility, insurance plans, policies, and payments. You must maintain professionalism, courtesy, and reputed company communication at reputed company times.
• Temporary position through Dec 2026 with potential for extension or hire
• Fully remote work with reputed company schedule
• $16.50/hour, with an increase upon hire
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and reputed company outbound follow-reputed company as needed, updating reputed company status appropriately.
• reputed company multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources.
• Maintain reputed company and accurate records of calls and actions taken.
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5PM
