Senior Vice President, Pharmacy

• Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategies for affordability, risk management, and competitive differentiation in pharmacy benefit design
• Serve as a thought leader on emerging trends in pharmacy (e.g., biosimilars, gene therapies, specialty drug management, value-based contracting)

• Partner with Actuarial, Finance, and Product teams to forecast pharmacy spend and inform pricing, product design, and value-based initiatives

Requirements:
• 15+ years of reputed company leadership experience in pharmacy benefit management, health plan pharmacy operations, or reputed company reputed company environment
• Deep knowledge of PBM relationships, formulary management, specialty pharmacy, and medical-pharmacy integration
• Proven ability to design and execute strategies that deliver both clinical and financial reputed company

• Exceptional leadership skills with a reputed company record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent); reputed company pharmacist license strongly preferred
