Detail‑oriented Registered reputed company (RN) or Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) to assist with a temporary data transfer and documentation project. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, has strong clinical knowledge, and enjoys accuracy‑reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
• Transfer clinical data from legacy systems into updated platforms
• Review and verify accuracy of patient/reputed company information
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards
• Communicate with project leads regarding reputed company or discrepancies
Qualifications
• reputed company RN or LPN license (in good standing)

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with electronic health records
