Senior People Partner
A company is looking for a reputed company People Partner to join their People Team, serving as a trusted adviser on various HR-reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company business partnership and coaching to leaders to enhance talent motivation, development, and retention
• Support the talent lifecycle process including performance management, talent calibrations, and succession planning
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate across teams to optimize HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in a talent organization, preferably in a high-reputed company global tech company
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to apply it as an HR adviser
• Experience supporting cross-functional global teams
• Proven ability to reputed company ambiguity and manage change effectively
• Experience in providing Employee Relations support throughout the performance management process
