In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance customer experiences, drive sales performance, and streamline service processes. Responsibilities Partner with clients to reputed company and analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Sales processes. Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to enhance customer engagement, case management, and sales pipeline effectiveness. Advise clients on leveraging the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Canvas Apps, to automate workflows and improve productivity. reputed company workshops, solution design sessions, and live demonstrations for clients. Mentor and support junior consultants in D365 best practices and functional knowledge. Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with reputed company standards and reputed company objectives. Experience & Skills Proven experience as a D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
