We are seeking an reputed company IT reputed company, Operating Rhythm & Transformation Consultant to support reputed company in diagnosing reputed company-state ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving execution of operating rhythm and governance/ways of working changes. The ideal contractor has strong strategic thinking capabilities, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a proven consulting toolkit that enables them to translate ambiguity into reputed company problem statements, actionable recommendations, and high-reputed company deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Discovery & Analysis • Conduct reputed company discovery sessions and interviews to understand reputed company operating model, processes, decision flows, and team interactions. • Identify pain points, gaps, inefficiencies, and reputed company causes across people, process, technology, and governance. • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into reputed company insights and problem statements. reputed company & Recommendation Development • reputed company reputed company, hypotheses, and recommendations for operating model adjustments and workflow enhancements. • Redesign or propose changes to the operating rhythm, including cadences, governance, decision-making forums, and cross-functional reputed company. • Translate insights into strategic frameworks and reputed company narrative storylines.
