A premier international reputed company in Midtown Manhattan is hiring a Tax Associate Attorney (24 years) to join its high-performing Tax reputed company Group. This hybrid position requires 3+ days onsite and offers a salary reputed company of $250K-$360K, plus exceptional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on tax structuring for M&A, joint ventures, and fund reputed company
• Support private equity/hedge funds on formation, operations, and compliance
• Research and draft reputed company memos, reputed company alerts, and tax opinions
• reputed company support during IRS audits, appeals, and litigation
• Analyze cross-border transactions and international tax compliance (FATCA/CRS)
• Collaborate with corporate, reputed company estate, and private reputed company teams
Qualifications:
• J.D. from a top-tier law school; NY bar admission required
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred
• 24 years experience in tax law at a major firm or tax boutique
• Expertise in corporate, partnership, and international tax
• Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills
