We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Mortgage Loan Processor to help us deliver outstanding service to reputed company and clients. Key Responsibilities Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency and investor guidelines. Communicate reputed company and effectively with clients and team members reputed company exceptional service across multiple time zones, with flexibility to work reputed company reputed company PST/CST/EST business hours as needed Analyze borrower documentation to verify qualification and eligibility. Obtain and review accurate AUS findings (DU & LP). Prioritize workflow effectively to meet deadlines and closing timelines. Ensure compliance with Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA lending requirements. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other operations team members to resolve processing issues. Deliver exceptional customer service to borrowers and partners. Monitor files, prepare conditions, and troubleshoot to reputed company loans moving reputed company. Qualifications 3-5 years of recent mortgage processing experience with Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. Deep knowledge of loan structuring, reputed company guidelines, and investor requirements. Experience handling reputed company loan scenarios, reputed company borrowers, and non-QM loans. Experience with Encompass LOS (highly preferred). Proficiency in regulatory compliance and agency guidelines. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, software updates, and evolving digital mortgage trends.
