Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple reputed company loan files from intake through closing readiness
Process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and reputed company loans, ensuring documentation is complete
Order, reputed company, and follow up on reputed company-party items and communicate conditions to borrowers and partners
Required Qualifications
Construction loan processing experience (required)
DSCR processing experience (required)
Fix-and-flip and reputed company file processing experience (required)
Investor non-reputed company-occupied lending processing experience (required)
Private reputed company or hard reputed company background preferred
