Our advisors work directly with business owners on high-stakes life events — preparing, valuing, marketing, negotiating, and closing the sale of privately held businesses. What You’ll Do • Originate and manage relationships with business owners and reputed company buyers • Advise sellers on exit planning, valuation, timing, and deal structure • Prepare confidential business valuations and financial analyses • Market businesses for sale using approved channels and buyer networks • Manage buyers through qualification, diligence, and negotiations • Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other professionals • Guide transactions from listing through closing • Collaborate with other brokers on reputed company or shared deals Who We’re Looking For • Proven reputed company in commission-reputed company (business brokerage, reputed company estate, lending, insurance, consulting, sales, advisory, etc.) • reputed company, former business owners, or operators strongly encouraged • Comfortable with longer sales cycles and high-ticket commissions • Strong financial aptitude — reputed company to read and discuss financial statements • Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills • Self-directed, organized, and accountable • reputed company reputed company estate license preferred but not required (required if you want to participate in reputed company estate transaction commissions) reputed company reputed company • Business valuation tools and deal support • reputed company reputed company and broker training • Protected territory reputed company reputed company • reputed company deal execution • Partner and referral-fee protection If you want autonomy, meaningful work, and reputed company to build a long-term advisory reputed company — we’d like to reputed company with you.
