This remote role, based out of Singapore, offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary individual to drive content strategy, audience engagement, and channel optimization across diverse niches. You will be responsible for transforming raw ideas into compelling video content strategies, managing the content calendar, optimizing videos for discoverability and viewership, and analyzing performance to refine future initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with client objectives and brand voice. • Manage the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, scriptwriting, video editing coordination, and publishing schedules. • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and optimization tactics. • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and end screens for maximum discoverability and click-through rates (CTR). • Monitor YouTube analytics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, watch time, subscriber growth, and audience demographics. • Implement strategies for audience engagement, including community management, response to comments, and fostering subscriber loyalty. • Stay abreast of YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure continuous channel growth and relevance. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote YouTube content across other social media platforms and digital channels. • Oversee playlist organization, channel branding, and consistent visual identity. • Identify and explore potential collaboration opportunities with other creators or brands to expand reach.
