Writing here directly impacts growth, reputation, and revenue. Your job is simple to explainand difficult to execute well. You will study founders, executives, consultants, and operators. You will absorb how they think, speak, and see the world. Then youll turn that insight into platform-native content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and beyond. This is not generic social media writing. Its voice replication, audience psychology, and strategic storytelling combined. Youll create content that: Sounds unmistakably like the person behind it Sparks meaningful engagement and conversations Builds long-term credibility, not vanity metrics Turns attention into inbound opportunities In short, you help people become known. In your first 90 days, youll: Internalise the voice of 24 personal brands Publish consistent, high-quality content across platforms Improve engagement, profile views, and follower growth Build content pillars that compound over time Proactively suggest angles, narratives, and frameworks Your writing will directly influence lead flow, sales conversations, media visibility, and brand perception. Interview and shadow founders to understand how they think Study past content, comments, DMs, and audience reactions Turn rough voice notes or ideas into polished posts Write short-form content tailored to each platforms algorithm and audience behavior Test hooks, formats, and storytelling angles quickly Iterate based on performance data, not ego Collaborate with PR, SEO, and growth teams to align messaging If you enjoy psychology, positioning, and narrative, this role will challenge you in the best way.
