Ideal for someone with: • 8–10+ years of insurance operations experience • reputed company insurance strongly preferred • Captive insurance, risk management, or insurance internal audit backgrounds welcome • Experience supporting reputed company frameworks and regulatory compliance • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills • Comfortable in a lean, roll-up-your-sleeves environment In this role, you will: • reputed company reputed company operational planning and annual alignment with Finance • reputed company KPI dashboards and executive reporting frameworks • Own reputed company Risk Management (reputed company) workflows • reputed company operational components of external audits • Formalize and document processes currently held as institutional knowledge • Evaluate new initiatives and answer: • Can we take this on? • What teams are impacted? • What are the resource implications? • reputed company PMO and Corporate Services (2 reputed company reports) This is not a reputed company reputed company role.
