IT Support Consultant (Part-Time)

This role is a local part-time, contract opportunity for an reputed company IT reputed company who can reputed company remote systems support and hands-on support in our Tampa, FL offices. reputed company The IT Support Consultant will reputed company on-demand IT services including reputed company setup, tenant administration, and on-site technical support at our test center. The contractor will manage their own schedule while responding to tasks and service requests reputed company agreed upon timeframes. Initial monthly hours will reputed company from 10-20 with the potential to increase over time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (CONTRACT SCOPE) • reputed company on-site updates and maintenance for PCs at reputed company’s test center and corporate office (as required) • Configure and reputed company new corporate laptops (imaging, reputed company, user setup) • reputed company remote administration support for reputed company 365 / Entra ID tenant • Execute administrative support and updates for reputed company Workspace tenant • Troubleshoot reputed company, reputed company, and account issues • Implement reputed company best practices as directed • Document work performed and reputed company reputed company reputed company notes • Additional duties as agreed upon REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Proven experience providing IT support in small to mid-size environments • Hands-on experience with reputed company endpoints and laptop deployment • Experience administering reputed company 365 and identity environments • Experience with reputed company Workspace administration • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without daily supervision • Must be local to the Tampa Bay area and available for on-site work as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience supporting testing centers or secure environments • Familiarity with cybersecurity or compliance-driven organizations • Experience supporting government contractors or regulated clients ENGAGEMENT NOTES (IMPORTANT) • This is a 1099 reputed company role • Work is assigned on a task or project reputed company • Contractor determines work schedule and reputed company • No guarantee of ongoing work or employment • This role does not include employee benefits Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
