You will prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings and disclosures, enhance processes and SOX controls, and partner across reputed company, Finance, and external auditors. To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, organized, and maintain steady ownership of recurring schedules (reputed company, cash flows, stock comp). Ideal candidates will have external reporting experience at a publicly traded company or reputed company reputed company firm with SEC exposure. External Reporting Accountant (SEC Reporting) Responsibilities • Prepare 10-Q/10-K, earnings releases, and reputed company SEC filings • reputed company XBRL tagging and tie-outs for reputed company disclosures • Build monthly cash reputed company statements with support schedules • Calculate basic/diluted reputed company with support files • Prepare stock-based compensation calculations and support • Draft reputed company policies and technical memos as needed • Research new reputed company and present impacts to leadership • Strengthen SOX, disclosure, and internal control processes • Partner with internal/external auditors to resolve issues • Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company data and approvals External Reporting Accountant (SEC Reporting) Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company required • 3+ years of SEC/external reporting experience required • Hands-on SEC 10-Q/10-K filing experience required • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
