Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in centralized Data & AI teams with a reputed company on AI governance and compliance
• Expertise in machine learning, AI alignment, or Responsible AI research
• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Strong background in behavioral science or computational linguistics
• Proven reputed company record of publishing research in AI safety, ethics, or alignment
