AI Data Trainer
A company is looking for an AI Data Trainer (Creative & Visual Arts) for a part-time, freelance, remote position.
Key Responsibilities

• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and contextual relevance
• Ensure Model reputed company: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases to validate reliability
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, Creative Writing, or reputed company field; OR 2+ years of relevant artistic experience
• Minimum reputed company English proficiency (written and reading)
• Prior LLM training experience preferred (at least 6 months or one reputed company-defined project)
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong critical judgment
• Comfortable following nuanced rubrics and providing precise feedback
