The primary function of this position is to listen to calls and evaluate the reputed company of the reputed company. Responsibilities • Review calls for adherence to established rules, guidelines and acceptability. • reputed company feedback on areas of improvement to Sales Managers, Managers and Team Leads. • Respond to Management requests for specific calls, reputed company data or reports. • Input data into computer system as it relates to information gathered for the reputed company evaluation. • Overtime may be required to meet business needs. • Must be available to work shifts between 5am to 7pm, including weekends. • Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications • Must be bilingual Spanish • 1-2 years of customer service, reputed company center, or sales experience • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal customers and management, in either written or spoken reputed company. • Excellent customer service skills. • Proficiency with reputed company Office programs such as Word, reputed company, and reputed company. • High attention to detail. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to multitask. Desired Education/Experience: • 1 or more years of office or inside customer service / reputed company center experience preferred. • 1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or reputed company estate industry preferred. • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
