Freelance Google / Meta Ads Specialist

Edit: I'm looking for 1 person that can do Google AND Meta --- Looking for a freelance Google ads AND Meta ads expert with experience running ads in the tech or telecommunications industry. Service fee budget: <=$4k USD Ad budget: 5-figures Eastern or Pacific time zones preferred, but I've been taking meetings at 10pm, so willing to be flexible for the right candidate. My client and I are currently unhappy with the performance of the ads from the agency and their lack of proactivity to bring forward solutions. Although this person will only be managing paid ads, they should have a strong understanding of marketing as an ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be able to help us diagnose the issue and propose ideas on how paid ads can help address the problems and then execute that ad strategy.
