They are seeking experienced Advisors, Venture Partners, and Senior Executives to add strategic, operational, and scientific value across their portfolio companies. Responsibilities • These roles offer a unique chance to work at the forefront of AI-enabled life sciences, collaborating with founders, investors and world-class scientific teams to accelerate innovation from discovery through to commercialisation • Portfolio focus areas include: • AI-Driven Drug Discovery & Development • Genomics & Precision Medicine • Biomarker Discovery • Vaccine Research & Development • Bioinformatics Platforms & Infrastructure • Engagement models are flexible and may include board advisory, venture partnership, operating leadership or full-time executive appointments, depending on expertise and availability Skills • Senior executive experience (CEO, CSO, CTO, CDO, CBO or equivalent) • Venture Capital, Venture Partner or Board-level advisory experience • AI, machine learning or data-driven life sciences platforms • Drug discovery, translational science or clinical development • Scaling biotech or healthtech companies from early stage to growth or exit • Strong scientific, commercial or operational track record • An established industry network and the ability to influence strategy at board or executive level will be highly valued Company Overview • Mantell Associates is a headhunting firm providing staffing solutions for the medical and life science consulting sectors.
