Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in art direction or creative leadership, ideally reputed company a consumer brand or DTC environment. • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and photoshoot direction. • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and design systems. • Experience leading photo and video production from concept through post-production. • Proven ability to manage and mentor creative talent. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite and creative workflow tools.
