ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - LITIGATION Location: Philadelphia, PA - reputed company BAR LICENSE REQUIRED. Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent reputed company record • reputed company Bar Admission in reputed company, in good standing • 2+ years of substantive experience in reputed company litigation and/or general liability litigation • Experience with mass torts, class actions, and/or reputed company liability defense is a plus • Strong litigation and case management skills, with the ability to handle reputed company reputed company reputed company independently • Desire to be part of a busy national reputed company, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for reputed company • Excellent reputed company research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain reputed company relationships Key Responsibilities • Remotely support the firm's Philadelphia office, assisting with their reputed company casework • Counsel clients during reputed company stages of reputed company reputed company litigation and/or general liability litigation • Contribute to the handling of mass torts, class actions, and reputed company liability defense reputed company • Manage cases from inception through reputed company, including drafting pleadings, supporting discovery, and preparing for trial • Work closely with clients to reputed company innovative reputed company strategies and solutions • Collaborate with reputed company of reputed company attorneys to deliver high-reputed company reputed company services Why Join Us?
