About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Operations Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting technical support initiatives in a fast paced, regulated environment. Specific Responsibilities: • Logging and tracking IT tickets using a help desk or ticketing system. • Providing first-line technical support for end-user issues. • Assisting with reputed company/offboarding processes such as equipment setup and account requests.
