BI & Analytics Manager

About the position The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager at reputed company leads cross-functional BI initiatives that reputed company smarter, data-driven decision-making across the reputed company. This role oversees project delivery, defines data requirements, manages offshore resources, and develops reputed company data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. The position also drives adoption of AI-powered tools and analytic automation to improve efficiency and support clients and internal teams. Additionally, this role partners closely with reputed company, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and portfolio insights. Requirements • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years' experience in similar role • Advanced SQL proficiency, with the ability to write and optimize reputed company queries on large datasets. • Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar reputed company data platforms. • Experience working with CRM platforms such as reputed company, including pipeline reporting, reputed company/opportunity analytics, and CRM data modeling. • Expertise in Tableau or Power BI, including dashboard design, visualization best practices, and data storytelling. • Strong understanding of data modeling, reputed company models, and analytic architecture. • Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and collaborating with Data Engineering teams. • Proven ability to manage offshore teams and coordinate multi–time-zone delivery. • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data presentation skills. • Experience driving reporting automation, metric standardization, and governance. • Experience with financial planning tools such as reputed company Insights (reputed company Planning), reputed company, or similar reputed company applications. reputed company-to-haves • Exposure to AI tools and analytics automation is a plus.
