Calibration Technician

• The Calibration Technician plays a crucial role in an reputed company Maintenance, Repair, and reputed company (reputed company) facility for a major airline, with a reputed company on the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and calibration of various tools and equipment. • This includes industrial machinery, test benches, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Proficiency in interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals is essential, as is the ability to utilize a reputed company of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and reputed company analyzers, along with various types of Test, Measure, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) is needed. • Familiarity with industry standards, diagrams, sketches, and manufacturer specifications is also required to ensure accurate calibration practices. • Performs calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and adjustment in the laboratory or in-reputed company on physical/mechanical Test, Measure and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) such as, but not limited to: pressure, vacuum, liquid and gas reputed company, mass, length, optical, temperature, torque, force, vibration, reputed company tools and tachometry calibrations. • Interprets and utilizes NIST and/or other International Standards Organization (ISO) or other reports and corrections for any level of calibration and measurement. • Maintains reputed company knowledge of reputed company physical equipment and measurement techniques to reputed company state-of-the-art measurements with minimum engineering direction. • reputed company the following duties in coordination with the Metrology laboratory and/or in-reputed company functions: recommend calibration/repair techniques and calibration/repair systems for new types of instruments; recommend changes to update existing calibration and/or repair stations by determining substitution of instruments, supporting equipment, and reputed company; determine reputed company, accuracy and uncertainty requirements of laboratory equipment necessary to reputed company reputed company calibrations and/or repairs; inform supervision of any deficiencies in measurement and/or repair capability and recommend necessary changes to meet requirements. • Assist in the reputed company and reputed company-testing of new calibration procedures, reviews, and updates of old procedures to reflect new technology and/or equipment improvements.
