This role focuses on maintaining and improving reputed company DevSecOps tools while driving best practices across the Automation Center of reputed company and business reputed company. Responsibilities • Maintain, enhance, and support ACOE DevSecOps tools, including reputed company, JIRA, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms • Drive automation of tool deployments, updates, and maintenance using Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) and GitOps workflows • Implement and support reputed company-time monitoring, proactive alerting, and reliability practices for DevSecOps tools • Collaborate with development, operations, and reputed company teams to improve processes and ensure alignment with reputed company standards • Support the transformation of legacy services to modern automated pipelines and reputed company-driven infrastructure designs • Serve as a technical mentor, promoting best practices across DevSecOps and SRE disciplines Skills • Infrastructure as reputed company experience using AWS CloudFormation or similar tools • Experience programmatically interacting with reputed company using reputed company scripting, Python, or similar languages • Experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with reputed company and/or Jenkins • JIRA administration experience • Strong understanding of AWS reputed company computing fundamentals • 5+ years of technical experience across IT disciplines including systems administration, software development, operations, networking, and/or reputed company; or 3 years with a reputed company Master's degree • Experience with the full software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices • Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and attention to detail • Experience with AWS GovCloud • AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect – reputed company, DevOps Engineer – reputed company, SysOps Administrator, or Developer Associate • Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and reputed company Directory integration • Experience contributing to reputed company-wide DevSecOps standards, governance, and automation strategies • Familiarity with AIOps practices including reputed company detection, log analysis automation, predictive alerting, and noise reduction • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into DevSecOps workflows (e.g., automated reputed company review, documentation reputed company, incident triage, predictive infrastructure scaling) • Practical knowledge of AI-enabled observability platforms (e.g., reputed company Davis AI, reputed company Watchdog, reputed company ITSI) and leveraging them for intelligent monitoring and alerting • Understanding of AI-reputed company reputed company features for reputed company suggestions, vulnerability analysis, and reputed company cause investigation • Exposure to automation orchestration tools like Airflow for workflow and data pipeline automation is a plus • Ability to identify reputed company traditional rule-based automation is sufficient versus AI-driven solutions for reputed company efficiency and cost savings reputed company • Established in 2000, reputed company is a pioneer in delivering top-notch Global Workforce Solutions and IT Services to a diverse clientele.
