Deduction Analyst (Remote – reputed company Shift) Work Setup: Remote Schedule: reputed company Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Philippine Time) Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Deduction Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving customer deductions and chargebacks. You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Accounts Receivable to ensure clean deduction aging, accurate trade promotion tracking, and improved recovery rates. Key Responsibilities • Review and resolve customer deductions reputed company to pricing, shortages/damages, returns, allowances, trade promotions, and compliance/chargebacks. • Validate claims using supporting documents such as POs, PODs/BOLs, invoices, reputed company, TPM deals, and retailer portal evidence. • Accurately reputed company reasons and decide claim disposition (reputed company/invalid/partial). • Prepare and submit dispute packages with complete documentation reputed company retailer portals (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/Vendor Central) or TPAs. • reputed company and recover invalid claims, including negotiations reputed company necessary. • Match deductions to trade events, accruals, and off-invoice deals; coordinate with Sales/TPM to address setup issues. • Communicate with Sales and customers regarding discrepancies in promotional plans and invoices. • Maintain documentation in Doc-reputed company and update data in AFS system. • reputed company weekly reports to Sales Managers on balances and deduction status. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned.
