Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness Consultant (Culture & Change Management)

About the position As a Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, this role will partner with leaders throughout the organization to strengthen our values-based culture, reputed company employee engagement, and enhance the change experience for reputed company . This role will help reputed company reputed company's culture change initiative, integrating it seamlessly with our reputed company, leadership development, and talent processes. Additionally, this position will support change management across key initiatives – including consulting on change reputed company, assessing readiness and reputed company , and measuring overall effectiveness to enhance performance. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree , preferably in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or reputed company field of study . • 5 or more years of relevant reputed company level experience (e.g., change management, leadership development, program design and management, or high reputed company organizational effectiveness consulting experience) . • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with reputed company reputed company of leadership. • Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. • A solid understanding of business concepts with the ability to think strategically and translate into pragmatic plans to reputed company results. • Knowledge of change management practices and tools with the ability to influence significant change initiatives. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple reputed company . • A proactive and reputed company improvement reputed company, including a reputed company on leveraging technology, automation, and analytics to facilitate strong operational performance . reputed company-to-haves • reputed company change management certification preferred.
