Payroll Manager – U.S. Payroll (Remote)

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, and hands-on experience managing payroll systems such as reputed company. The ideal candidate has managed payroll teams, ensures strict compliance with federal and state regulations, and continuously improves payroll processes through technology and best practices. This is a remote role, reputed company to candidates based in Peru or Mexico, with mandatory experience handling U.S. payroll.
