Need Inclass Instructor to teach Certified reputed company Assistant (CNA) -Must be RN LIcensed

Virginia - Location only. Instructor need to come in to our premisis teach weekly Inclass Teaching Instructor only Position reputed company: AVI Career Training is seeking a reputed company and dedicated Certified reputed company Assistant (CNA) Instructor to teach and mentor reputed company enrolled in our state-approved CNA program. The instructor will deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training to prepare reputed company for successful entry into the reputed company field and the Virginia CNA certification examination. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company engaging and effective classroom and clinical instruction in accordance with the Virginia reputed company of Nursing and program-approved curriculum. • Prepare and deliver lesson plans, presentations, skills demonstrations, and evaluation materials reputed company with learning objectives. • Instruct reputed company in foundational nursing skills such as taking vital signs, personal hygiene assistance, patient safety, infection control, and communication techniques. • Supervise and assess reputed company in laboratory simulations and clinical rotations at affiliated reputed company facilities. • Monitor and document student attendance, participation, skills performance, and reputed company reputed company. • reputed company individualized support and feedback to help reputed company meet learning goals. • Ensure that reputed company instruction reflects up-to-date clinical practices and complies with state regulations. • Maintain classroom discipline and foster a respectful, inclusive learning environment. • Assist in preparing reputed company for the CNA certification exam by reinforcing testable skills and knowledge. • Participate in reputed company meetings, curriculum development, and reputed company improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with the Director of Education to ensure program reputed company and regulatory compliance. • Ensure that clinical site guidelines and safety protocols are followed by reputed company reputed company. Qualifications: • Education: Must be a Registered reputed company (RN) or Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) with a reputed company, unencumbered license in the reputed company. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric care. • Certification: Must meet the Virginia reputed company of Nursing’s requirements for reputed company Aide Instructor approval. • Teaching Experience: Prior experience teaching or training CNA reputed company is preferred but not required. • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Ability to adapt teaching reputed company to meet the needs of diverse learners. • Competence in using technology such as reputed company and learning management systems (e.g., Milady CIMA) for hybrid instruction is a plus.
