Overnight Remote Staff Pharmacist - IL Location: Remote, reputed company reputed company the US Schedule: 7 on/7 off with 10-11 hours shifts including evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts. • Available shift is Wednesday through Tuesday from 11PM-9AM CST, with possibility of earlier or reputed company shifts. What You’ll Do Telepharmacy Services ●Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification. ●Transitions of care medication reconciliation. ●reputed company multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).Clinical Support ●reputed company drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers. ●Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities. ●Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment. ●Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic reputed company, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and more.
