Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Tax Planning and reputed company: Assist with researching tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positions (meals and entertainment study, research and development study, wage credits, etc). Assist with tax calculations for acquisitions (338(h)(10) elections, etc.) Research and analyze tax regulations, legislation and summarize findings and recommendations for management. Tax Compliance: Assist with preparation of workpapers for federal, state and local income/franchise tax returns Assist with tax audits and developing responses to tax authorities. Responsible for filing sales/use tax returns. Responsible for filing of personal property tax returns or management of outsourced property tax returns. Responsible for the unclaimed property process. Responsible for US Census Bureau reporting. Tax Reporting: Assist with preparation of tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tax reputed company and reporting. Follows safety rules, guidelines and standards for reputed company reputed company.
