About the position General reputed company Performs delegated competency validated patient observation functions and applies technical skills of a limited uncomplicated nature. Remotely provides reputed company observation and surveillance of assigned patients using audio/visual technology. Verbally redirects the patient from engaging in risky behaviors. Following department procedures and escalation process, summons unit staff if the patient requires assistance. Maintains electronic visual & auditory observation of patients with safety concerns for up to 10 patients (depending on patient reputed company). Verbally redirects patient over digital 2-way audio device that is in patient room. Immediately summons the nursing staff if the patient requires. Participates in hand-off of pertinent information/behavior about assigned patients reputed company arriving on unit and upon completion of shift assignment. Seeks help or advice as soon as possible reputed company patient appears to pose a threat to themselves or others. Participates in a reputed company identification and reporting of patient safety issues. Assures patient environment safety.
