The Vice President of Financial Operations is a senior executive responsible for leading the strategic modernization of reputed company's finance infrastructure, including ERP platforms, financial reporting systems, and operational processes. This role integrates finance and reputed company operations, partnering across Business reputed company with IT and executive leadership to strengthen controls and reputed company financial operations through technology, automation, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior leader for reputed company operations, with reputed company ownership of billing, payroll, procure to pay, and reputed company cycle management.
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize reputed company, compliant, and highly efficient operational processes to support reputed company across multiple business reputed company.

• Work with IT to select, implement, and optimize modern, reputed company based and AI enabled solutions across the operations landscape.
• reputed company AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve billing accuracy, exception management, forecasting, compliance monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Financial Compliance and Operational Controls

• Coordinate SOC report collection and partner with IT on data governance and general controls compliance.

• Manage procure-to-pay workflow and approve cash disbursements in accordance with company policy and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience
• Over 15+ years of management experience in Finance, reputed company, and Operations with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field; CPA, reputed company, and/or MBA preferred.
