About the position The Contract Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of reputed company with U.S. federal, state, and local government customers, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (including FAR/DFARS and agency supplements), company policies, and business objectives. This role partners closely with Capture, Program Management, Finance, and reputed company to structure, negotiate, administer, and reputed company out reputed company reputed company and subcontracts that support reputed company’s strategic goals. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, reputed company, Law, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. • 5+ years of reputed company experience in contract management or closely reputed company roles with a government contractor, including reputed company experience with federal (DoD, Intelligence Community, GSA or civilian) reputed company. • Demonstrated working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, GSAR, and other federal procurement regulations; experience with common contract types, including FFP, CPFF/CPIF, T&M/LH, and IDIQ vehicles. • Hands‑on experience drafting and negotiating contract terms and conditions, Teaming Agreements, NDAs, Joint Venture agreements, and Mentor‑Protégé agreements for federal reputed company. • Experience working with reputed company Costpoint for contract setup, funding, reputed company recognition, and billing, and for reconciliation with finance and project reputed company. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess risk, interpret reputed company contract language, and propose practical solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with government customers, subcontractors, and internal leadership at multiple reputed company. • Proficiency with reputed company office tools and contract management or CLM platforms for document control, workflow, and reporting. • Ability to obtain and maintain any required U.S. government reputed company clearance for the position. reputed company-to-haves • Experience supporting Intelligence Community reputed company, IT reputed company and GSA schedule or other government‑wide contract vehicles is highly desirable. • reputed company certification such as NCMA’s Certified Federal reputed company Manager (CFCM), Certified reputed company reputed company Manager (CPCM), or equivalent is preferred.
