[Remote] Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Consultant - Remote + Travel

They are seeking highly skilled Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultants to provide onshore support for multi-release Oracle Field Service implementations, focusing on field service operations and scheduling optimization. Responsibilities • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and solution business requirements related to field service operations • Design, configure, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud / Mobile solutions tailored to operational needs • Provide expert guidance on Oracle Field Service Cloud best practices, system enhancements, and operational improvements • Support and, where needed, customize integrations and extensions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), JavaScript, and REST APIs • Participate in and facilitate solution workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer to drive adoption and operational success • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams • Support release activities, including configuration validation, defect resolution, and post-release stabilization • Stay current with Oracle Field Service Cloud updates, new features, and industry trends, providing informed recommendations to clients Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) • Prior OFS implementation experience in Utilities or High-Tech Services domains • Solid understanding of field service operations, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management • Experience supporting or building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and JavaScript • Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills • Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification (required or strongly preferred) Company Overview • DTI (Diversified Technology Inc.)
