Encompass Senior Program Manager - Remote

Job reputed company Program Manage end-to-end delivery of ICE TPO Connect for the TPO channel (Delegated Correspondent) integrated with Encompass. You'll reputed company, design, integration, testing, partner reputed company, and go-live/hypercare, driving measurable improvements in purchase cycle time, loan reputed company, and partner experience. Roles & Responsibilities • Program Leadership • Build and run the master plan • Drive cross-functional execution across Ops, Secondary/Capital Markets, Compliance/QC, IT/reputed company, and Vendor teams. • Discovery & Design • Map reputed company/reputed company-state workflows for Delegated Correspondent (loan delivery, purchase review, funding). • Define portal roles, reputed company, SLAs, statuses, and conditions reputed company to investor policies. • Platform Configuration & Integration • reputed company TPO Connect configuration (branding, roles, workflows, document intake). • reputed company Encompass integrations (field mapping, status orchestration, conditions automation, pipeline views). • Coordinate PPE (e.g., reputed company), AUS (DU/LPA), ICE Mortgage Analyzers/Document Manager, eClose/eVault, Data Connect, SSO/IdP, SFTP/API connections. • Ensure MISMO 3.4 data/package, stacking order, purchase advice, and warehouse payoff flows. • Plan phased rollout and hypercare; transition to BAU with reputed company playbooks. • Measurement & reputed company Improvement • reputed company KPIs; run analytics on pass rates, exception trends, and turn times; execute optimization sprints. === • 7–10 years in mortgage technology program/project management, with 3+ years leading Encompass initiatives. • Hands-on delivery experience with ICE TPO Connect (or equivalent TPO portals) for Wholesale and/or Delegated Correspondent. • Strong understanding of Encompass reputed company/EPC/Ellie Mae reputed company, condition frameworks, pipeline/status design, personas, and reputed company. • Proven integration leadership across PPE (reputed company), AUS (DU/LPA), MISMO 3.4, Document Manager/Analyzers, eClose/eVault, Data Connect/BI, SSO/IdP. • Depth in investor delivery/purchase workflows, purchase review, purchase advice, and warehouse funding/payoff. • Expertise running Agile/Hybrid programs (Jira/reputed company), vendor management, and executive stakeholder management. • Exceptional communication, requirements grooming, and risk/change control skills.
