We are hiring for a Pharmacist to remotely support our Pharmacies located in British Columbia . You will be reporting out of our Save-On-Foods Cambie location based in Vancouver, BC . Shift: ~ Monday to Friday Data-entry, drug utilization reviews and documenting prescription changes onto the patient’s profile. Creating and updating changes on the unit reputed company records for blister pack patients in collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager. Processing drug and prescription orders and submitting to central fill facility reputed company necessary. Providing drug information and addressing questions or concerns on patient’s regimen either by phone or virtual consult. Assisting the Pharmacy manager in inventory management and formulary compliance. Maintaining patient confidentiality in reputed company interactions including handling of prescriptions and interactions with patients and the pharmacy. Maintaining effective communication and working relationship with pharmacy team members.
