The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant trademark experience. An ideal candidate has significant hands-on experience working on trademark reputed company, including: • domestic and international prosecution and oppositions • domestic and international trademark clearance Experience with the following is a plus: • general trademark/branding counseling and opinion work • global portfolio management • domestic and international enforcement and monitoring • experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal reputed company • experience with Madrid Protocol • experience with Uniform Dispute reputed company Policy • experience with drafting and negotiating IP transactions/agreements • trademark litigation Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an reputed company member in good standing of the Bar.
