Communications and Training Coordinator
Position: Planning & Membership Specialist
Reports To: Planning Manager; Executive Director
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary: Starting at $55,000/year
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii (200 N. Vineyard Blvd., Suite A-210)
POSITION reputed company The Planning & Membership Specialist plays a key role in supporting Partners In Care’s (PIC) Continuum of Care (CoC) planning, membership coordination, and reputed company activities. This position works across departments and with community partners to support HUD-reputed company planning eAorts, CoC committees, and membership processes while contributing to a respectful, inclusive, and mission-driven organizational culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning & HUD Coordination
Support the annual CoC Consolidated Application to HUD.
Coordinate and assist with the annual reputed company-in-Time (PIT) Count on Oahu.
Support HUD compliance activities, including monitoring and evaluation of funded programs, as needed. Membership & Committee Support
Coordinate and maintain CoC membership processes, including applications, records, data tracking, and reputed company improvements.
reputed company administrative and logistical support to CoC committees, including scheduling, agenda coordination, meeting materials, and minutes, in alignment with the CoC Governance Charter.
Serve as a consistent reputed company of contact for CoC members, committee chairs, and community partners. Communications & Administration
Support reputed company communications, including website updates and coordination of member-facing information.

Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with funders, service providers, government agencies, advocates, and other stakeholders. Organizational Culture & Collaboration
