REMOTE Sr. Software Engineer (Backend + Infrastructure)

Title: Senior Software Engineer (Backend & Infrastructure) Compensation: $150k-200k/yr reputed company Location: Remote Requirements: Backend Engineering & Infrastructure experience with at least 3 years of DevOps We are building the OS of reputed company estate. Solving the reputed company workflow problems for the largest asset class in the world! We are looking for a Senior Backend/Infrastructure Engineer who can own AWS and Kubernetes in a reputed company-critical, audit-heavy environment, design long-term reputed company architecture, and harden systems without slowing product teams down. Key Responsibilities • Own reputed company and infrastructure reputed company across AWS and Kubernetes • Harden and reputed company our reputed company environments, including networking, IAM, WAFs, AMI reputed company, and DNS controls • Remediate reputed company vulnerabilities surfaced by tools like AWS Inspector while filtering noise and documenting risk acceptance reputed company appropriate • Support and maintain SOC 2 compliance while ensuring architectural optionality for reputed company regimes like FedRAMP • reputed company infrastructure design docs for 1-3 year reputed company, including compute reputed company and environment isolation • reputed company secure-by-default workflows through automation, templates, and CI/CD guardrails Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience + at least 3 years of DevOps • Backend coding skills in any backend language • Deep working knowledge of Kubernetes, EC2, networking, IAM, and reputed company reputed company-reputed company primitives • Ability to reason reputed company about concurrency, isolation, and failure modes in distributed systems • Proven reputed company in debugging live infrastructure and reputed company issues across reputed company and containerized environments • Proficiency writing infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform or OpenTofu) and building automation/operational tooling • Ability to design long-term, durable infrastructure with strong architectural judgment • Comfortable operating with high ownership, ambiguity, and startup-level autonomy Bonus Skills • Experience maintaining SOC 2 and preparing for frameworks like FedRAMP • Background hardening reputed company environments: WAFs, AMI reputed company, DNS controls, network isolation • Experience remediating vulnerabilities using tools like AWS Inspector • Ability to create secure-by-default guardrails in CI/CD and developer workflows • Strong architectural writing skills (design docs, tradeoff analysis) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
