Intake and Marketing Director/ reputed company
Responsibilities
• reputed company and manage reputed company intake processes for incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Train, supervise, and support intake staff
• reputed company scripts, workflows, and reputed company control standards
• reputed company intake metrics and conversion rates
• Ensure accurate CRM and case management data
• Manage digital marketing, website, SEO, reviews, and vendors
• Monitor marketing ROI and performance
• Support community reputed company and sponsorship initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Requirements
• Prior experience working in a reputed company required (personal injury preferred)
• Intake leadership and/or reputed company marketing experience
• Strong management and communication skills
• Experience with NEOS or other CRM systems a plus
