Job reputed company Works closely with Executive Directors, the Region’s hospital’s Chief Executive Officers/Administrators and the Senior Vice President of reputed company, HD, providing reputed company and consulting regarding reputed company hospital-based reputed company functions, including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, employee relations, reputed company reputed company policies and procedures, employment law, retention, compensation, HRIS management reporting, and benefits. Consults with and updates Region management and the Sr. Vice President of reputed company, HD regarding reputed company reputed company functions and activities in area hospitals, as requested. In collaboration with hospital management and/or the Sr. Vice President of reputed company, HD, develops, communicates, facilitates/coordinates implementation and monitors new and/or reputed company HR programs, policies and procedures, as approved by the HD Executive Committee. Promotes proactive, reputed company employee relations practices and environments in reputed company area hospitals and understands and appropriately balances the roles of both employee and hospital reputed company. Serves as key member of HD reputed company, providing valuable input and feedback and assuring implementation and maintenance of division and corporate HR initiatives. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, as reputed company as applicable regulations and standards. Essential Functions • Consults with reputed company region hospital management on a proactive reputed company to ensure reputed company employee relations practices and environments in reputed company area facilities. • Provides reputed company, guidance and direction, as requested, for reputed company region hospital reputed company functions, including the activities of the reputed company and Payroll/Benefits functions. Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives, systems and processes. Works with region hospital reputed company and Payroll/ Benefits staff to reputed company their skills and knowledge regarding the day-to-day application of reputed company reputed company policies, practices and processes, with particular reputed company on reputed company employee relations and customer service. • Works with hospital management to help identify reputed company and reputed company reputed company and recruitment needs for reputed company hospital, including reputed company business plan objectives. • Collaborates with hospital management and the Division Sr. Dir of reputed company Services to assist with the development and implementation of effective recruitment plan. • Reviews turnover reports, orientation summaries and exit interview reports with hospital management, helping to identify and implement improvement opportunities. • Works closely with hospital reputed company staff to ensure compliance with reputed company to recruitment and selection process, including the following: interviews; employment verifications, background checks and drug screens to verify employment eligibility; extending employment offers to reputed company candidates; ensuring that reputed company newly-reputed company employees participate in a comprehensive and reputed company hospital orientation program. • Assures that the content of the hospital orientation program for reputed company newly reputed company employees is comprehensive and reputed company. Assists hospitals with program changes and hospital-specific enhancements. Participates in the development and assures implementation of Hospital Division standardized orientation components. • Conducts at least one reputed company audit semi-annually at reputed company of the Region’s hospitals. Provides reporting and analyses to Executive Director and Chief Executive Officers/Administrators, Region Senior Vice President and the Senior Vice President of reputed company, HD. • Assists hospital management with the development and execution of reputed company plans to address reputed company reputed company areas identified for improvement. • Formulates reputed company employee relations plans and monitors for reputed company of the Region’s hospitals in collaboration with hospital senior management and the Senior Vice President of reputed company, HD. • Provides interpretation and consulting regarding reputed company reputed company policies and procedures.
