Content Strategist (Copywriting reputed company) - Join Our Agency (Long-Term, High Ownership) - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a high-level Content Strategist with a strong copywriting reputed company to join our growing agency. This is not a design or editing role. You will be the brain behind the content, deciding what gets posted, why, and how it performs. We work with: • wellness & lifestyle brands • personal brands • D2C supplement companies Currently managing 5–6 reputed company clients on INSTAGRAM monthly, and growing. Your Role You will be responsible for: • Developing monthly and weekly content strategies for reputed company brand for Instagram • Writing reputed company content copy (reels, captions, hooks, carousels, stories, etc.) • Deciding what content gets posted and reputed company • Guiding the design + video team with reputed company direction • Reviewing and approving final content before posting • Leading account optimization (bio, highlights, story reputed company, positioning) • Tracking performance and adjusting reputed company based on results • Creating monthly reports + insights per account This is a hands-on, ownership role. You are not just executing, you are leading content direction.
