• Review clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific guidelines
• Query providers for clarification as needed
• Assist with coding audits and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks
• Support coding education for internal teams and providers
Requirements:
• reputed company CPC, reputed company, or reputed company-P certification required
• Minimum 2 years of reputed company or facility coding experience
• Strong knowledge of CMS, OIG, and payer documentation requirements
• Experience with multispecialty coding strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in EHRs and coding software
