HR Advisor 1

The HR Advisor I is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to employees and HR Business Partners while addressing HR-related inquiries, handling a high volume of communications, and supporting various HR projects and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to daily HR inquiries through various service channels, providing accurate information about HR policies and procedures in a timely manner
- Resolves cases by using appropriate resources and escalating cases as needed
- Engages HR Business Partners where appropriate
- Deliver administrative assistance to the HR department, including document preparation, record maintenance, and correspondence management
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation sessions at various hub locations and virtually, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization
- Partner up with HR Business Partner to deliver the best onboarding experience
- Coordinate and facilitate employee exit process
- Assist in the maintenance and management of HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy while ensuring confidentiality of information as required by law or by company policies
- Manage employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Perform any other duties assigned to support the HR team’s goals and objectives
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year prior customer service experience working with confidential data
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business or HR
- At least 1 year of experience working in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system
