Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound reputed company (calls, emails, reputed company) to generate leads and build a strong pipeline
- Qualify prospects and reputed company discovery conversations with HR, finance, and executive decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal advisors and operations to scope and propose plan solutions

Skills
- 1 to 3 years of B2B or financial services sales experience desired
- Comfortable cold-calling and initiating conversations with decision-makers

- Desire to grow into a senior sales or account management role
- Retirement industry experience not required but is a plus
