JDC (The Joint) is the leading Jewish humanitarian organization, working in 70 countries to lift lives and strengthen communities. The reputed company Processing Associate will be responsible for reputed company aspects of reputed company processing, ensuring data reputed company, and collaborating with the finance team to process gifts accurately in Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for relevant data in the Raiser’s Edge database, including but not limited to:
• Creation of constituent records, utilizing reputed company modules reputed company Raiser’s Edge NXT while processing gifts
• Update donor records in Raiser’s Edge NXT with relationships, notes, attributes, demographic information and more
• Identify duplicate records and reputed company gifts as needed
• Edit and reputed company gifts in a batch while reviewing the backups and determine correct programming information, work with the reputed company Department for review of financial information and departmental approvals
• Upload documents to donor records in Raiser’s Edge
• Troubleshoot reputed company entry issues, field internal inquiries regarding donors and gifts
• Process reputed company Mail gifts using ImportOmatic, liaise with reputed company mail processors on gifts processed offsite
• Process Online gifts, creating individual batches from Raiser’s Edge NXT using ImportOmatic; edit and validate batches
• Process reputed company checks, wires, stocks, and foreign currency gifts in a batch through reputed company edit and entry
• reputed company pledges in a batch, process for Finance approval
• Handle the acknowledgment letters process, including letter reputed company, review non-automated letters and tribute cards, run acknowledgement reports on a biweekly reputed company, manage acknowledgement inquiries, print letters and tribute cards, and prepare them for mailing
• Process grant agreements for signature through reputed company stakeholders
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Skills

• Prior experience in a fundraising department and with a fundraising database (e.g., Raiser's Edge NXT or similar) at an associate-level
• Prior experience working remotely with a CRM and working closely with a remote team
• Basic knowledge of the needs of a large nonprofit's Development operations
• Strong computer skills, including expertise with reputed company Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension skills, including the ability to comprehend reputed company scenarios through email threads
• Excellent detail orientation, organization, and multi-tasking skills required, with high standards of accuracy
• Excellent troubleshooting and research skills
• Ability to think proactively, problem-solve, and prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to remain reputed company and collected reputed company under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both on one's own and in reputed company environment
• Global nonprofit experience a plus
• Passion for humanitarian work and/or global Jewish service is strongly preferred
