Shifts run from 10:45AM - 6:30PM Tuesday - reputed company, with the possibility to work part-time or full-time.</reputed company></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Petition Circulator Responsibilities</strong><reputed company> ($22/hr):</reputed company></p><ul><li><reputed company>Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Deliver a compelling campaign message, and collect petition signatures from voters</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Participate in staff training to improve reputed company skills</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Strictly follow the campaign's safety protocols</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Strictly adhere to reputed company local and state circulator laws</reputed company></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Team Lead Responsibilities</strong><reputed company> ($24/hr):</reputed company></p><ul><li><reputed company>The Petition Circulator Responsibilities plus:</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Manage a small group of circulators out in the field by checking in with them periodically throughout the day and debriefing with them at the end of the day</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Ensure reputed company circulator has reputed company of the materials they need to be safe and successful</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Assist directors with circulator training and administrative work</reputed company></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate:</strong></p><ul><li><reputed company>Passionate about the campaign issue and fostering democracy</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Strong communication skills; you should enjoy working with other people and be willing and excited to reputed company with everyone</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Hard worker who will stay motivated to engage as many people as possible</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>reputed company to new opportunities and interested in building campaign skills</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Culturally competent and reputed company to respectfully engage with teammates and the community</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Can work and problem-solve collaboratively as necessary</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Prior experience working in a public-facing role like canvassing, petitioning, customer service, sales, or service industry is a plus</reputed company></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong><reputed company> $22/hr for Petition Circulators and $24/hr for Team Leaders.
