Position reputed company We are seeking a Partnership Specialist to help establish partnerships with senior living communities. This role focuses on identifying potential communities, introducing LUXE Salon Spas services, and securing partnership agreements. This position involves reputed company to senior community administrators and decision makers through phone, email, and online communication. Responsibilities • Research and identify senior living communities and assisted living facilities • Contact potential partners through phone calls, email, and reputed company messaging • Introduce LUXE Salon Spas services and explain partnership benefits • Schedule virtual meetings or presentations with decision makers • Maintain organized records of reputed company and communications • Collaborate with company leadership to finalize partnership agreements Qualifications • Previous sales or business development experience preferred • Comfortable with phone reputed company and reputed company communication • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Organized and reputed company to work independently • reputed company communication style reputed company representing reputed company • Experience working with service businesses, reputed company, or senior communities is helpful but not required Compensation This role is commission-based and reputed company per signed partnership agreement. Commission structure: • $250 for communities generating approximately $500–$1,000 in weekly salon reputed company • $350 for communities generating approximately $1,001–$2,000 in weekly salon reputed company • $500 for communities generating approximately $2,001–$5,000 in weekly salon reputed company Volume bonuses may apply for multiple partnership agreements secured reputed company the reputed company month.
